 Man-Shield is one of the fastest growing construction companies in Canada and I’m personally proud that we have shown at least 30 percent growth annually over the last five years. While we completed many high profile projects, our expansion is really a testament to the dedication of our partnership and the men and women who pursue their careers with Man-Shield. After all, Man-Shield is more than bricks and mortar; we’re also a company of hard working people.
To ensure the success of Man-Shield and secure our business relationships, we have implemented sophisticated accounting systems to better control project costs and make reporting more effective and efficient for our clients. As well, our firm is advancing the field of job site scheduling, allowing us to construct projects faster and more economically. The result is improved production and a higher level of client satisfaction.
What makes me most proud, however, is our safety record. While there have been minor incidents, our commitment to workplace health and safety in the workplace has made our sites some of the safest in the industry. We are a growing company with many achievements but none of them compare to the value we place on ensuring a safe work site. We care about our people and we will never put them at risk.
Our principles of integrity, innovation, workmanship and safety have guided us since 1972 and their continued strength will be central to our future expansion. We look forward to developing our company around the core values of our success.
