Thunder Bay Waterfront Redevelopment
Manshield was retained as the Project Manager for this $120 Million Thunder Bay Waterfront Redevelopment. Among a series of new public buildings including a public market and interpretive pavilion, Manshield developed two 52 unit condominium buildings and an international caliber hotel. Just one component in Phase 1 of 52 kilometers of Waterfront development dubbed Prince Arthur’s Landing, this phase promises to be the first big step and opportunity to link the waterfront with existing neighborhoods, and to draw visitors to the area as an all-season destination. This represents the largest and highest profile development that has ever occurred in The City of Thunder Bay.
